Directions
The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County is located at 8 Church Circle in the Historic District of downtown Annapolis, Maryland.
PARKING:
The City of Annapolis operates the Circulator Trolley that quickly and efficiently moves individuals from the City's four parking garages around the Central Business District, Westgate Circle to Memorial Circle, allowing the public to enjoy the unique shops, food, entertainment, historic charm and maritime attractions. Parking garages on the route are:
- Noah Hillman Parking Garage – 150 Gorman Street
- Gotts Court Parking Garage – 25 Northwest Street
- Knighton Parking Garage – 1A Colonial Avenue
- Park Place - 5 Park Place
How does the Circulator Trolley work? Park in Park Place and Knighton garages for $10 a day, Gott's for $16 a day or Hillman for $20 a day and get on the Circulator Trolley outside the garages to ride around the Central Business District all day at no additional cost. If you don't see a trolley as soon as you park, don't worry, the trolleys run every ten minutes.
The Circulator also makes these convenient stops along its route:
- Lafayette and West Street
- Church Circle at South Street (Courthouse Stop)
- Annapolis City Hall
- Annapolis City Dock
- Church Circle near Main Street

If you are serving on Jury Duty, please click here for specific parking and other Juror instructions.
To get to the Whitmore Garage, take Calvert Street to right turn onto Clay Street, the entrance will be on the left. The Gott's Court Garage is located near the Annapolis Visitors Center - the entrance is on the left off of Calvert Street. There is also the Hillman Garage on Duke of Gloucester Street, but because of offices and retail stores in that area, this garage fills up faster.
There is additional parking at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Circuit Court parking is available on the Blue Side of the Stadium. You MUST enter/exit through Gate #5 on Taylor Avenue (do not use Gate #7, this entry is for District Court parking). There are two City of Annapolis buses (State Shuttle and Navy Blue) that provide shuttle service to downtown Annapolis, including a stop immediately in front of the Circuit Courthouse. Shuttle buses pick-up and drop-off at the two Stadium bus shelters located in the Blue parking lot. Click here to view a map of the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium parking plan which illustrates where Gate #5 is located on Taylor Avenue and where shuttle bus shelters are located. There is a fee for parking at the Stadium.
