Please complete and submit form. Once your transcript request has been received, a staff member from one of the transcription companies listed below will contact you to provide a fee estimate. If ordering an Audio CD, payment must be received by the Court Reporter's Office in advance. Information on where to send your check will appear on the confirmation page once you submit your order.

You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order which you can print as necessary. If you are not contacted within five (5) business days of submitting your request, please call 410-222-1457.
